Any civil matter you may be coming to us with we will bring our expertise to come to the most beneficial resolution for you. That may include standing in front of a court but very likely it will involve negotiating and settlement prior to us ever setting a foot inside the court room.

We aim to work with our clients to find a trial strategy that best serves our clients goals and needs. Hana has appeared regularly in the Supreme Court of BC, Administrative Tribunals, Appellate courts across Canada and aided clients before the Supreme Court of Canada.
